Returns Policy

We will exchange or offer a full refund for any item bought from Sound Therapy 4 Pets as long as the item is returned unused and unopened within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we are not able to offer any refund on CD packs that have been opened or had the security seals removed. You should post the item to us by a recorded delivery method at your own expense, as we cannot offer refunds for items that go missing in the post. Upon receipt of the returned item the full cost of the item will be refunded. Please note no refund can be made for the postage costs of the item being postage out only the items cost itself.
